Howdy people! We’ve got some exciting news – Our very own Portal: The Flash Version was nominated for the Best Web Game of 2007 at Zeebys’ Second Annual Casual Game Awards 2008.
This is awesome by itself, but it doesn’t end here. We still have till around July 11th to vote for it to win the award! So stop reading this, and follow this link:

Our game is in the ninth category: Web Game. You’ll have to vote through the rest of the categories – but worry not! It shouldn’t take more than a minute. In the end of the process you will need to confirm the voting.
You guys have no idea how grateful we are for your support
Thank you!

So after about a year of using the simplest front page in the world, we’ve decided we want something sleek and new. And it’s finally up – so let’s hear it for We Create Stuff (front page) version 2!
Let me bring up some memories of how We Create Stuff first came up:

Yup, this is how it started. Ahh, good times.
And in other news, we’ve got a nice little guest project up – Rocking Fortress! It’s a Team Fortress 2 music compilation album, with 13 songs using TF2’s vocals and sounds and two more bonus songs. Very cool stuff, so go check it out by clicking on the album cover below!

Awesome stuff indeed.

One afternoon, my friend Erez (aka fullmetalboy) said to me over Steam that our website doesn’t show any press and media about our spread. So eventually I thought he had a point, so here’s a post about it. I didn’t wanna go too far with it, so I thought just a blog post would do.
So first, lemme mention a nice interview we had with Jesse from GameCyte just a couple of days ago. So here’s a link
Last Thursday I was at the presidential conference Facing Tomorrow 2008, with some guys from Startup Seeds. I was pretty much the only game developer on there, but it was indeed interesting and fun. Here I am, talking about PTFV (taken by Segev Shilton):

And since we’re going backwards on time here, this one’s from about a month ago. This is from GameIS 2008. We were invited as game developers, and also they gave me a couple of minutes as a speaker on the independent game development panel.
Funny story, for those of you who don’t know – I know Hen for more than 4 years, and that was the first time I actually saw him. So we first met only after making a 5 million games played Flash game, as ‘known’ game developers. Our requirements are quite high, hah!
So it was cool indeed. The true awesomeness though, was at the end of the event, when we won a game developer award – myeah!

Anyway, we met some awesome people on there!
The rest of the stuff are either in Hebrew or too intense for you kids.

Finally, it is done!
You can download the mappack through its little website. Remember, you need both Half-Life 2 and Portal installed in order to play.
Have fun, and don’t forget to leave me some feedback!

Hey, Hen here!
So lately I’ve been working on a Portal mappack, for the original Portal – based on Portal: The Flash Version maps! I’m pretty much done, and I need people to test my maps before the release.
The beta testing includes following instructions and filling out a form of feedback while playing. Anyone who is interested please email me – henmazolski [at] gmail [dot] com . And here’s a little sneak peak:

Thanks!
UPDATE: Ok guys the beta is closed for new people, thanks to everyone who participated.

Well, we figured this would work better than the old News/Announcements forum, so there you go. It is much easier for us to post through this, and we hope it will be much easier for you guys to track our stuff through here as well.
We’ll be posting about the development of our projects, releases, and other news around here. Any feedback about the functionality of this blog please send to me on the contact e-mail, placed on the bottom of this page.
Hen already has something big coming out probably this weekend, so stay tuned!
